3. Payments

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

• Images and content (if available)

5. Project Revisions

Additional revisions or major design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

If requested, we can assist clients with purchasing hosting and domain names.

Unless otherwise agreed, hosting and domain registration fees are the responsibility of the client.

However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or search engine positions, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.

13. Website Maintenance

Maintenance services are available separately unless included in your package.

Clients are responsible for requesting maintenance or support after website delivery if no maintenance plan has been agreed upon.

14. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, payments already made may not be refundable, depending on the work completed.

Any completed work up to the cancellation date may be delivered where appropriate.
